In 2009, head of the firm started as an intern to the Judges’ Court, Kushtia under the instruction of Senior Advocate MIR SANOWER HOSSAIN, who is a Civil Practitioner and Panel Lawyer of different Scheduled Commercial Banks and Organizations.

Thereafter, the head of the Firm started work with an associate of a law firm namely “ELAHI & COMPANY” headed by Barrister MD. DEDAR-E-ELAHI (From 1st January, 2011 to 30th June, 2012).

Duties & Responsibilities:

Verification of property documents i.e. title deed, bia deeds, khatians and other property documents and establishment chain of ownership of immovable property in connection with mortgage, sale and purchase of immovable property;
Drafting deed of mortgage, deed of IGPA, deed of redemption of mortgage, deed of revocation, deed of sale, deed of agreement for sale, deed of agreement, deed of undertaking and different types of deeds etc.
Drafting and filling Artha Rin Mamla as well as Execution of the same and cases drafting and filing under the provision of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.
Vetting property documents, commercial contracts, agreement, documents and provide legal opinion regarding the same.

Then, the head of the firm started work with an associate of the law firm namely “THE LEGAL EDGE “headed by Advocate MEAH MOHAMMED KAUSAR ALAM” (From 1st July, 2012 to till 31st May, 2017)
